Queen Bianca Creatophage is an Industrial District CRiTORA serving VS. She is the assigned leader of the ViRUS army and one of the main antagonists of CRiTORA.
Bio[]
The Leader of the ViRUSES. Every day, Queen Creatophage has one thing in mind: Take over CRiTOPiA. With her swarms of ViRUSES and a plethora of creative plans, she hopes to one day vanquish those pesky CRiTORA once and for all! When she's not leading the ViRUSES, she's most likely playing with building bricks, using them to build structures and act out scenarios.
Personality[]
Queen Creatophage is initially portrayed as malicious, sadistic, and scheming, constantly thinking of new schemes to take over CRiTOPiA and infect CRiTORA. She treats her minions callously, barking orders at them and disposing of them without a second thought. Even in defeat, she is especially persistent, refusing to give up on her dreams on conquest.
The Requiem chapter of CRiTORA: abnormal goes into greater depth regarding Bianca's character, revealing her to have originally been a social recluse with an affinity for building blocks and tinkering with machines. At first, her creations, which would later become the ViRUSES, were not created out of malice, but instead a desire for companionship. After falling into the Abnormal District and encountering 
VS, she is initially hesitant to accept her offer, but eventually complies out of fear. After she is dubbed Queen Creatophage and given her own kingdom in the form of ViRUTE Bay, Bianca gradually becomes more twisted with each new structure she creates. Deep down, however, she still retains a good heart, and is disgusted with her new life, wishing to return to CRiTOPiA. She resents VS for trapping her in ViRUTE Bay under her rule, and expresses sympathy for her creations when watching them be deleted while on theme park rides.
During the Infestation Invasion, she expresses great remorse for her actions, and later contacts and recruits the CRiViRUS Gang in order to have them witness the destructive power of ViRUSES firsthand. While her methods are indirect, this shows that Bianca still cares for her fellow CRiTORA, and wishes to help them fight back against VS' influence in any way she can.
Physical appearance[]
Queen Creatophage's head is colored purple and shaped like a diamond. She has two large, mismatched eyes with yellow sclera, pink irises, and dark purple pupils, as well as dark purple eyelids. Her mouth is jagged and pink on the inside. She wears a yellow crown with pink tips and accents throughout, adorned with the ViRUS emblem. Her body is segmented and primarily cylindrical; three dark purple segments comprise the torso, with a smaller yellow segment acting as her neck and a wider, circular purple segment serving as her abdomen. On the upper torso, she has two thin arms with yellow pincer hands. She also has six jagged, pink, insectoid legs. Queen Creatophage also wields a dark purple scepter with yellow and purple on both ends, topped with a floating pink jewel.

- Her original name was going to be Princess ViRUS, then Queen ViRUS.
- In Beware the ViRUSES!, she was originally voiced by Kelly Greenshield. Greenshield was intended to reprise Creatophage in the unfinished Meetup Mayhem episode but had to step down from voicing her for personal reasons. She was replaced by Alison Prophet starting with Meetup Mayhem.

Design origins[]
Bianca's design is derived from a bacteriophage.
Name origins[]
Her last name comes from Creation and Bacteriophage.
Design changes[]
When first designed, Bianca had short arms, squared eyes, and several details across her body, which were passed to Omega ViRUS' prototype design. Later in 2020, she was given a wackier, less complicated design, and a crown.
In 2021, Bianca acquires a subdued color palette and is given a scepter and a cape. The cape originally had a honeycomb pattern but was modified to a zigzag one. Between Late 2022 and Early 2023, the cape was removed, and the crown was given the ViRUS emblem. In Mid-2023, her body was simplified.
